Architectural Graphic Designer

Salary Range

$32.00 - $37.00 per hour (non-exempt position)

What You'll Need

  • Degree in Communication Arts and/or Graphic Design with at least 3 years of experience in an Architectural office.
  • Consistent work history in a professional Architectural office setting with strong professional references.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
  • Familiarity of common architectural principles, terms, and design concepts
  • Possess clear and effective communication and organizational skills.

What You'll Do

  • Be the company point person for anything and everything Graphics related, staying current with relevant trends.
  • Collaborate with Design Team to generate colored Site Plans, Floor Plans, and Elevation graphics that accurately depict the overall project.
  • Produce colored Street Scenes and Renderings. 
  • Create graphics for award submittals and marketing material that support company initiatives.
  • Generate digital and physical color and material selections, color boards, and/ or color schemes.
  • Comply with the various jurisdictional requirements for submittal packages ensuring their completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage and maintain office graphic standards and material libraries.
  • Manage and maintain company portfolio and website.
  • Interface and coordinate with outside vendors for material samples.
  • Must be able to work and excel in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects with varying deadlines and budgets.
